Nari is a vibrant, modern apartment community located in the heart of Koreatown. Designed for elevated urban living, the project balances design with thoughtfully curated amenities, creating a space supporting connection and retreat in one of LA’s most dynamic neighborhoods – we were so excited to be a part of this one!
Harbor Group Management approached the Nari Apartments project with several key objectives:
- Create highly functional yet visually appealing amenity spaces in a competitive market
- Foster a true sense of community in a transitional urban setting
- Appeal to the culturally diverse resident base of Koreatown
- Deliver on a tight development timeline and budget

Our Solution
Working in close collaboration with Design Syndicate, Unisource Solutions developed a design strategy that brought flexibility, warmth, and intentionality to the forefront:
- Crafted inviting shared spaces to support fostering community, including a clubhouse lounge, co-working area, and outdoor gathering zones, that encourage interaction and support a variety of uses
- Implemented soft, contemporary aesthetics with a blend of furniture solutions for remote work, socialization, and relaxation
- Delivered on wellness and lifestyle priorities with dynamic, multifunctional layouts
- Aligned materiality and color palette with both Koreatown’s cultural vibrancy and the clean, modern architecture of the building
