Jim Kastner is the founder, chief vision caster and leader of Unisource Solutions. Pioneering the concept of furniture management in 1987, Jim created a firm that would grow from a local provider of furniture services to a premier statewide provider of products, professional services and logistics. Jim’s hands-on industry experience, ranging from installing furniture to running an industry leading corporation, have helped engrain a spirit of innovation, diligence and accountability in our firm and our people. As CEO, Jim oversees the strategic and business direction of Unisource Solutions, providing operational guidance and creating a vision for success.

Jamal Nasserdeen is responsible for organizing and overseeing all departments for Unisource Solutions statewide, by supporting each team individually to provide them with what they need for success. With extensive experience running studio and facility operations in the private sector, Jamal brings industry expertise, a unique customer perspective, and an acute understanding of quality performance to managing our service infrastructure.

Vice President of Marketing and Sales Ops

Wendy is the head of marketing at Unisource Solutions. She is passionate about change, learning about economic and environmental shifts in the industry, and sharing that education with our team and partners. She is committed to the sales team’s success statewide by providing seamless enablement and sales operations strategy and managing marketing company-wide. She provides experienced and trusted support as a strategic advisor to the sales team, and in partnership with leadership. Create learning and onboarding experience by understanding the key drivers of the business, and integrating the tech necessary to fill the gaps in our sales and account-based marketing operations. Wendy is responsible for implementing, tracking, and adjusting operations as needed and building out all marketing content.

Aaron Thompson is the VP Field Operations for Unisource Solutions. He is a transformational business leader with 26 years of experience in the Systems Furniture industry focusing on space planning, strategy, and implementation. He has an exceptional track record in overseeing project management, dispatch, field installations, and logistics delivering highly consultative and first-class customer solutions. Mr. Thompson manages a staff of high-performing team providing creative, efficient, and cost-effective solutions to day-to-day operations.

Warehouse Operations

As Director of Operations Jorge Arellano is tasked with all aspects of statewide management that encompass warehouse, logistics and inhouse installation operations as well as personnel. He is responsible for ensuring that his staff has the proper equipment and is up to date with and utilizing proper product and safety training. Jorge also manages Unisource Solutions’ recycling, liquidation, fleet and warehouse distribution programs. His 20 years with the company make him extremely experienced to oversee over 50 staff members and installation teams who are capable of installing projects of all scopes, and all furniture types.

Platform Manager

Jack manages Unisource Solutions’ custom furniture division, platform. He is committed to the success of all custom furniture projects from initial design through installation. He is passionate about strategizing to design custom pieces that help elevate a company’s space culturally and functionally, and making the process as seamless as if you’re ordering off the shelf. He supports design engineers and account managers to be sure the team is providing renderings and drawings efficiently and leverages relationships with skilled local manufacturers to ensure projects deliver on time and on budget.

Introducing Free Taylor, our Vice President of Business Development, joining Unisource Solutions in 2023 following the merger of Pacific Office Interiors and Unisource Solutions. As the owner of Pacific Office Interiors since 1996, Free brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team.

Free's journey has been defined by a deep enthusiasm for business strategy, a commitment to nurturing organizational culture, and an unwavering passion for innovation. With a lifelong dedication to learning and leading, he is thrilled to embark on this new chapter and leverage the expanded resources of our dynamic organization.

Human Resources Manager

Courtney Williams is a dedicated Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Based in Ontario, CA, and serving as the Human Resources Manager at Unisource Solutions, Courtney's expertise encompasses strategic alignment, employee relations, talent management, performance management, and legal compliance. Adept at integrating HR strategies with business objectives, Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Human Resources Professionals Program certificate at the University of California, Riverside. She holds a SHRM-CP and is preparing to earn her PHRCA certification. Known for her hands-on approach, Courtney excels in developing and implementing innovative HR solutions that enhance organizational performance and employee satisfaction.
