Jim Kastner founded Unisource Solutions in 1987, growing a local furniture-services provider into California's premier source for products, professional services, and logistics. His hands-on path—from installing furniture to building the company—instilled the spirit of innovation, diligence, and accountability that still defines how we work. As Chairman, Jim continues to guide our long-term vision and safeguard the values that have shaped us for nearly four decades.

Drawing from a background in luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial design, she believes the most successful spaces balance beauty, functionality, and a strong sense of place. As Creative Design & Platform Director, Laura leads creative strategy and custom furniture solutions, partnering with clients and the design community to transform vision into thoughtfully crafted environments.

Jenna Rael leads marketing and sales enablement, bringing together brand strategy, business development, and meaningful engagement with our audiences to support company growth. She ensures every touchpoint reflects the company's commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. Her collaborative approach helps align marketing and sales around a shared vision, empowering teams with the resources, insights, and strategies they need to build lasting partnerships and drive long-term success. As Director of Marketing and Sales Enablement and IIDA LA City Center's Communications Chair, Jenna helps position Unisource Solutions as a true resource.

​Mireya brings over 12 years of experience in residential and commercial design to her role as Design Manager. She leads with a strategic and collaborative approach, guiding the design team from concept to completion to deliver thoughtful, well-executed projects. A graduate of California State University, Northridge, with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, Mireya leverages her product expertise and deep industry knowledge to translate client visions into inspired, functional environments.

Director of Operations

Luis Cabrejos brings more than 20 years of systems-furniture experience across design, installation, and project management to his role as Director of Quality Assurance. He oversees the quality and consistency of all field operations, working hand in hand with our account and project managers so every installation meets both client expectations and our own standards. Leading quality efforts across a team of 50-plus, Luis implements the procedures that keep our work precise, compliant, and on point from start to finish.

Luis has over 20 years of diversified experience in systems furniture, spanning design, installation, and project management. As Unisource Solutions’ Quality Assurance Director, he is responsible for overseeing the quality and consistency of all field operations during project execution. Luis works closely with Account and Project Managers to ensure each installation meets the highest standards, aligning with client expectations and company protocols. He leads quality assurance efforts across a team of over 50 staff members, implementing procedures that maximize productivity while ensuring precision, compliance, and overall project success.
