Hudson Pacific Properties is known for delivering high-end, design-forward real estate, and their Los Angeles headquarters needed to reflect that same standard from the inside out. When a multi-floor renovation called for accelerated timelines and a refined budget, we partnered with the Gensler team to deliver a workspace that never lost sight of the original vision.
The result is a stunning three-floor resimercial environment that is warm and inviting while still functioning with the polish and precision a corporate headquarters demands.
Project Priorities
Hudson Pacific's renovation required thoughtful coordination across private offices, executive zones, conference rooms, and open collaborative areas, all while preserving a clean, warm aesthetic marked by rich wood tones and curated pops of color. When project parameters shifted, the challenge became delivering that same design impact through smarter material choices and tighter execution, not by scaling back on quality.
Our Approach

Custom Collaborative Lounge: Platform by Unisource Solutions designed and delivered custom lounge and collaborative pieces for the open areas, ensuring the space reflected Hudson Pacific's signature aesthetic while meeting the project's revised budget parameters.

Private Office Refinement: Forty private offices were furnished with Tuohy pieces, bringing warmth, craftsmanship, and a sense of quality that grounded each space. Strategic material swaps, including tackboard solutions in place of glass elements, preserved the visual intent while optimizing cost.

Executive & Conference Environments: The 10th floor executive level, including the CEO area and two major conference rooms, received premium furnishing and finish treatments consistent with the brand's elevated standard.

Value Engineering: Working closely with Gensler, we reduced overall project costs by 50% through targeted material substitutions and finish optimizations, without compromising the design language that had been five years in the making.
The Result
Completed in October 2025, the Hudson Pacific headquarters renovation demonstrates what's possible when design expertise and adaptive project management work in tandem. The space earned a nomination for the 2026 Calibre Design Award, a reflection of the care, collaboration, and craft that went into every decision.
