Improved Collaboration Scores Big for Venerable Youth Sports Organization
American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) sought to revamp its office to create a more functional and collaborative workspace. AYSO's objective was to create a more efficient, branded, and usable space that reflects who they are today, aligning their office design with their current identity and operational needs.
Project Scope
The project incorporates a breakroom, multi-purpose conference and training room, shared private/flex offices, an acoustic accent wall, a branded moss piece, and a collaborative lounge area.

Innovative Design and Functionality
Our creative approach focused on blending innovative design and functionality, ensuring every space not only meets AYSO's operational needs but also inspires collaboration, productivity, and a sense of community. Some project highlights include:
- Their existing setup included underutilized areas filled with folding tables and stacking chairs. To address this, we transformed their private offices into flexible, shared, multipurpose spaces.
- The conference room was outfitted with Haworth Cabana, and Planes Training Tables with Power, X99 Seminar Nesting Chairs, Collaborate Mobile Screens, and Carts for adaptability.
- A vibrant collaborative lounge area featuring Openest Sprig colorful table legs, accent pillows, and screens. Equipped with Haworth Cabana lounge furniture offering power solutions and PopUp tables on casters for easy reconfiguration, this space is designed for flexibility and functionality.
- The shared private/flex offices feature height-adjustable tables, a Maari guest chair with a swivel tablet arm, and a shared table for team meetings.
- We designed, built, and installed a wall-mounted natural preserved moss soccer ball in a variety of colors and textures. This moss element acts as a natural acoustic solution, absorbing noise providing an element of theme-oriented biophilia.
