CEO / President
Jim Kastner is the founder, chief vision caster and leader of Unisource Solutions. Pioneering the concept of furniture management in 1987, Jim created a firm that would grow from a local provider of furniture services to a premier statewide provider of products, professional services and logistics. Jim’s hands-on industry experience, ranging from installing furniture to running an industry leading corporation, have helped engrain a spirit of innovation, diligence and accountability in our firm and our people. As CEO, Jim oversees the strategic and business direction of Unisource Solutions, providing operational guidance and creating a vision for success.
As Unisource Solutions' Chief Financial Officer, Clem Nieto has provided sound and strategic financial oversight to Unisource Solutions for more than 19 years. Responsible for the company’s Accounting and Finance/Treasury functions, and strategic planning, Clem has more than 40 years of well-rounded public and private accounting experience, having also worked for Ernst & Young, as well as in real estate, banking and service industries. A licensed CPA with an MBA degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management, Clem brings unparalleled wisdom, professionalism and integrity to our corporate leadership team.
President, Service and Operations
Jamal Nasserdeen is responsible for organizing and overseeing operations and services for Unisource Solutions statewide, including Client Services, Project Management, Inventory & Asset Management, project installation and logistics. With extensive experience running studio and facility operations in the private sector, Jamal brings industry expertise, a unique customer perspective, and an acute understanding of quality performance to managing our service infrastructure.
President, Southern California
Rick Bartlett oversees and manages all of Unisource Solutions primary sales activities across Southern California. He is the strategic leader of the company, responsible for overall performance including drawing upon our firms resources to implement successful projects, developing long term service programs to support on-going furniture maintenance needs, MAC objectives, capital projects, furniture procurement initiatives and reporting functions. Rick has over 24 years with Unisource Solutions, and is a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
Director Business Development, Southern California
With over 13 years of sales and design experience, Brooke leads the business development and marketing efforts in the Greater Los Angeles Area. With extensive relationships throughout the architecture and design, project management, and brokerage communities, Brooke is a trusted resource to her industry peers for creative office solutions. She is responsible for finding new business opportunities for Unisource, assembling the strategic project team, managing deliverables, overseeing communication and managing relationships on all sides of a successful project.
New Business Development, Northern California
Paula leads the business development efforts in the Greater Bay Area. She brings over 20 years of industry experience and a passion for sharing new ideas and solutions. She prides herself on being a valuable resource and partner to her clients in solving the challenges of today’s rapidly changing workplace. She is responsible for finding new business opportunities, assembling the strategic project team, managing deliverables, overseeing communication and managing relationships on all sides of a successful project.
Creative Design Director, Northern California
Behjat leads the design team in San Francisco, developing concepts and strategies best suited to our clients' needs. She manages project work flow, design development and interfaces with clients and the A+D community.
Creative Design Director, Southern California
Joanna leads the design team in Los Angeles, developing concepts and strategies best suited to our clients' needs. She manages project work flow, design development and interfaces with clients and the A+D community.
Director, Account Management & Client Services, Northern California
Wendy is responsible for the overall management and performance of Unisource Solutions’ Account Management and Client Services department, while developing and maintaining industry relationships including end users, architecture and design firms, project management companies and general contractors.
Sr. Workplace Strategist, Northern California
Michelle develops workplace strategies that are driven by a client’s business and cultural goals and objectives. Her role includes, workplace planning, pre-design services, developing change management initiatives and ensuring that design concepts are safe, functional, aesthetically appropriate, and meet all health, safety, environmental, and sustainability guidelines.
